Lay Dominicans (North East)

In the North East we have a small group of Lay Dominicans who meet regularly. Find out more about who we are and what we do in the links below or contact Andy Doyle (andydoyle1066@sky.com or 0798 543 4185).

Lay Dominicans aim to live a Christian life with a Dominican spirituality in the secular world. They are inspired by the many saints and other holy men and women of the 800-year history of the Dominican Order. The life of a Lay Dominican is all about having a passion for the Word of God expressed through the four pillars of Study, Prayer, Community and Preaching.

Some of our meetings are on-line but we also meet face to face when we are able to do so, and our meetings will usually be in Durham.
